Amazing experience from start to finish! The place was tidy, beautifully arranged, and had a cozy feel. Staff were welcoming and provided excellent assistance throughout my visit. Great quality and service – highly recommend

The location was very convenient — in the heart of Deira, close to shops, restaurants, and just a short walk to the metro. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were polite and helpful throughout the stay. The room was simple but clean, with all the basics — good air conditioning, comfortable bed, and decent Wi-Fi. Not luxurious, but definitely good for the price. Breakfast was average, enough to start the day, and the area around the hotel had lots of local food options. Overall: A good budget hotel for short stays or business trips. Clean, convenient, and affordable — nothing fancy, but worth it for the location.

Excellent stay at City Avenue Hotel! Clean, modern rooms, super friendly staff, and a great location near transport and restaurants. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety. Great value for the price – highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Hi I stayed at the hotel from the 15-22 of March. The cleaning staff broke my hair iron and left it in the room without informing anyone. The housekeeping manager was very rude and not willing to assist. The manager called security to investigate and nothing was done about this. Definitely will not stay at this hotel again due to them treating women very differently.The housekeeping manager and his cleaning Staff do need extra training on customer service.terrible attitude from manager.the manager also informed us that he needed to c camera footage not sure how this is possible as the hair iron was kept in the room on the table. The rest of the Staff were amazing 👏
