City Exchange - Karama Branch

Very bad experience When u have to give money they give u lower rate When u ask for money they give u totally high rate

I recently had the pleasure of interacting with City Exchange (Karama branch)customer service team, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I reached out, the representative was attentive, friendly, and incredibly.Specially Ms.Roshni she is very supportive and keep updating rate details as well .All the best team👍

They used to be good before. But they frequently change personnel and the present staff doesn’t seem like they want any business. They are completely disinterested and do not respond on time. If you call them, they get annoyed and show their irritation. I have permanently shifted my business elsewhere.

Happened to visit the branch yesterday,had a great experience and interaction with mr luca,he controlled my patiance with his nature of behavior.my future transactions will be definitely with this branch for sure.

Did money transfers in last 10 years through Al Karama City exchange branch because of these points. 1) Good and calm location nearby Karama Post office side and not a busy area like inside of Karama and always get parking nearby. 2) ENBD bank ATM is available on the same building. 3) 100% trust on this Exchange backed by SBI's ( Govt Of India ) rich experiences on processing large or small transactions with right staffs who are always ready to help and update my documents when its required and well system and process oriented. 4) Feels secure and safer when we visit with cash. Now offering online fund transfers at the counter. 5) Only one exchange which provides good cushion sofa for customers, reading news paper's, magazines and providing drinking water at lobby. Very neat and clean floors with good lights. 6) Always provided best rate and ensured the credit on the date which agreed in advance. 7) Many statfs are changed but the process and good services from the staffs remains same as expected with this branch 8) Daily updates on rates through phone. 9) This branch is always well decorated on festival seasons like Diwali, Onam, Christmas and staffs greets their client's is a good experiences for me. 10) Always felt good customer experiences from this branch even for 1000 aed fund transfers.
