Very bad service. I was looking for a best pest control. Unfortunately I got this guys since they are Mallu. For booking there were very Eager to get the customer after the first service, the second service it tooks multiple follow up to make them come and at last they come and put only few area and Within 3 months again cockroach drastically started coming. Now it increased and I complained and that guy told me to contact another No but no response and committing 6 month warranty is fake.

Please guys do not take service from this company These guys did pest control in our house and still cockroaches are there, medicine is cheap quality and really the attitude these guys have is horrible. They always delay delay in days to come if we call again and ask for more payment if they come more then 3 times, they never informed any such things and just said 6 months garuntee and anytime come Such horrible service, seriously in my 15 0years of time in UAE never seen such horrible service They argue so much with female and have so much attitude, I called them to ask where they are, my schedule was 4pm and until 5pm they didn't come , for such simple question he is arguing with woman and saying us ok to call police and saying that his friend is a police officer and trying to shut us up. Really guys unless you have so much time and money to waste do not get any pest control service from this company . Really affected my health, really horrible.

Used City Icon the Pest control 2 months ago. Can confidently say they did a great job and got rid of all cockroaches. Definitely recommend their services.
