I visited this shop and initially discussed the prices with the staff—145 AED for engine oil, 35 AED for the wiper, and later I also opted to change the brake pads for 100 AED. The total amount we discussed came to 280 AED. However, at the time of payment, I was unexpectedly asked to pay an additional 30 AED for labor charges, which was not mentioned or agreed upon in advance

Looking for spare parts for my car, I ended up at this shop. I asked if they had the back wipper part for my car and provided them with all the details. They told me to bring my car for installation, confirming the part's availability. While waiting for the parts, I asked them to fix a loose door cover, and they happily did so. However, when the person returned with the parts, they informed me that none were available, wasting my time. It was quite hilarious. After fixing my door cover, they told me the service would cost AED 120. I found this surprising, as it was just a matter of adding glue to the cover. I expressed my dissatisfaction, stating that I wouldn't recommend their services and won't be returning to the shop.
