City Premiere Marina Hotel Apartments

City Premiere Marina Residence offered us an exceptional family stay, exceeding all expectations. Our room was upgraded to a premium, extra-spacious 2BHK with stunning views. The hotel location was excellent and had easy access to everything. Staff were amazing, offering warm, attentive service. Facilities were good, and the overall experience was fantastic. This hotel comes highly recommended for anyone visiting Dubai, though a Smart TV upgrade would enhance the experience.

I recently stayed at City Premiere Marina Residence and it truly felt like a home away from home. The entire experience exceeded my expectations. The room was upgraded, offering spacious comfort with stunning views. The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of the Marina with easy access to everything. The facilities were excellent, and the service was warm and attentive throughout my stay. Definitely a place I highly recommend for anyone visiting Dubai!

Amazing hotel, spacious, clean, lovely pool for the kids. Brilliant location, nice chilled out area of the marina, not overly busy. Minor suggestions would be please check shower screen sealant as water was leaking in both bathrooms onto floor. Also rooms could really do with some pegs to hang clothes. Overall however very happy with our experience❤️

The city premiere marina apartments are located directly on the dubai marina with access from the building to the marina walk and at the same time easy accessible by car and 5 minutes walk to the Sobha Metro station. We had a spacious 3 bedroom apartment with a nice view across the marina. Like most of the hotels around there the city premiere marina apartments are a bit aged now. The apartment was generally clean enough, but you should wear shoes when you use the balcony. Otherwise you bring dust and sand in the room. The check-inn was fast and comfortable with a welcoming reception staff. We got a free early check in, as we arrived a bit earlier and the room was available. Car parking is available in their garage free of extra charge. We recommend the city premiere apartments for couples/ families, that are looking for a location with easy access to metro to discover Dubai and at the same time staying at the stunning Dubai marina. Please compare the room rates to other destinations that are newer and are costing a fortune before you complain that the hotel is a bit older.

We had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Elsayed and we were truly touched by his kindness. As we were standing outside waiting for a taxi, he noticed us and kindly invited us inside to wait in comfort. Without hesitation, he brought us cold water and made sure we felt welcome. We have never met someone so genuinely kind, thoughtful, and selfless. His warm hospitality turned an ordinary moment into something unforgettable. Mr. Elsayed is a shining example of true customer service and human kindness. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts!
