City Sightseeing Dubai - Dubai Mall

Fantastic tour & various route options. The staff are extremely informative which made our experience much easier. They have AC rooms upstairs and downstairs on the buses. What differentiates the Dubai city sightseeing is their sunset tour which gave amazing views over the palm at sunset taking us back into downtown by dark. The daytime tour takes you to all the places you need to be at the marina and the other route takes you right over to the souks which we couldn’t wait to visit. Having the bus stops your need to taxi around Dubai as it drops you to almost all the destinations you need to be as a tourist. Only thing I suggest they add is a connection to Dubai festival city.

AVOID!! "Why is the AC not working?" “This is like a form of torture!” "Where is the tour commentary? "Why is there no distinguishable bus stop so we know where to catch the bus?" "Why are the seat belts full of dust upstairs and get stuck so don’t click together?" (Open air upstairs) Some memorable quotes to help you understand our experience. None of the customers were happy today. The A/C is ABYSMAL on this bus service and makes Dubai seem like a backwards developing country. These are NOT Dubai standards!! Aug - Nov is too HOT to be stuck inside this bus. We got so desperate we sat outside in the 40 degree heat, which was still awful, but at least there was some hot flowing air outside. We only survived by getting into the AC inside Dubai Mall. Also the Dhow boat finished at 3pm but NOWHERE does this say this online so we felt scammed buying the Dhow combo service. Hopefully we get to go the next day or get our money back. PROS: Bus drivers were nice. Bus has cool water for customers which is nice. Some views are great but … commentary is basic and English commentary done by an old man with a South African accent - his pronunciation is terrible in some areas and it’s not that educational. Also our audio only worked in one ear for the red & sunset route. Worked fine for the blue route. Difficult to hear the minimal commentary. Also my son got up for our stop, but the bus kept stopping and starting and he fell over and narrowly missed his head on a metal foot rest that was so sharp on one side - safety issue!! Should’ve been covered with rubber on one side. City Sightseeing Tour Bus really needs to improve it's service offering. I'd complain in person - but to who?? Ghost service as no staff members around apart from the bus drivers.

The City Sightseeing Dubai ( Blue and Red Route) tours were fantastic! The tour guide explained everything clearly, covering nearly all of this magnificent city‼️ Polite drivers and great routes ensured a comfortable experience. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Big shoutout to the City Sightseeing Dubai team for an unforgettable tour!
