at the top smooth communication and real-time monitoring. following a meeting delay and a traffic problem we were more than an hour late and the driver was waiting for us we were in direct contact with him. I recommend them to you with my eyes closed. a thousand thanks to you

Reliable and high quality service. We've traveled from the hotel in Dubai Marina to the airport, the pickup was on time, the car was very comfortable. Our driver was Hafiz, very nice and helpful.

If I could, I would give 7 starts. My daughter left her wallet behind and our driver, Talha Afzal, was so patient and kind to drive us there and collect it. He arrived on time for pick-up, in a very clean car. He’s driving was exceptionally good and responsible. And the booking confirmation and scheduling dealing with the company was effortless and prompt. I would definitely use this company again for my next trip and I will recommend them to anyone for airport transfers. Thank you very much for great service!!!

very bad experience..The driver was not there. When you contact the company, they claim that the driver waited long enough...We were there at 7:15 a.m. for a 7 a.m. pick-up....No refund...I absolutely do not recommend this company

Booked through booking.com driver no show, no way to contact them, not via phone, SMS, not WhatsApp. Luckily booking provided a refund and covered the extra cost. Don't book them directly
