We recently travelled to Dubai as a family of 10, and our trip was absolutely fantastic thanks to the exceptional service of our tour operator. The itinerary was well balanced, giving us enough time to explore, relax, and enjoy each attraction. Let me describe how they made a mark on every aspect of the trip 1) The Planning When I started planning a trip with our family of 12 to Dubai, I was connected to Pradeesh from City View. Ours was a group including four senior citizens and four kids under 10. Most agencies would give a standard itinerary for Dubai. Pradeesh was very mindful of the age of our parents and kids. His itinerary factored their comfort for each of the 7 days. The second commendable aspect was how easily he adjusted to my demands. I changed the travel dates twice, extended the days of trip. But this guy was amazingly calm and always added things to the trip. The most important part was that with such a loaded trip with all attractions like Burj Khalifa, Aya Universe, Desert Safari, Ferrari World, Dhow Cruise, Miracle Garden, Museum of the Future, Global Village, Baps Temple, Fountain Ride in Dubai Mall and more included he gave the best deal we could think of 😊 2) The Trip Right from the airport pickup, each one of us cared so well by City View. Here comes the Faisal, who ended up being the best friend for our kids. Pradeesh and Faisal took us around Dubai like one of their family members. Even more than me they made sure that our parents and kids got what they wanted. They treated us with good Kerala tea/snacks and great lunch, dinner, Shawarmas at Idukki Gold in Abu Dhabi, Jabal Al Noor, Dhe Puttu to name a few. Faisal was this unassuming person but knew a lot about the city. Ask him details and he will give you a tonne of information about the place. These guys were so through that they always made time for something extra for us. They made sure we experienced the beach, Atlantis monorail, Dolphin show by smartly adjusting the schedules.
