Citymax Hotel Business Bay

Citymax Hotel Business Bay is truly one of my favorite hotels in Dubai. The staff are very professional and welcoming, The hotel offers great value for what you pay, and the hotel is clean with beautifully designed rooms. The front desk team and hotel policies are excellent. If you’re expecting a guest, they handle it smoothly and send them directly to your room without any hassle, unlike some disappointing hotels like Millennium Plaza, where I was put in an embarrassing situation when they made my guest wait for long time and forced me to come down personally. Overall, Citymax Business Bay consistently delivers a great experience, and it remains one of my top choices in Dubai.

I am very happy to stay at Citymax Hotel, and thanks to Sajjan. He is such a nice person who cleans my room daily and provides all the necessary amenities which we need it . Also, after cleaning my room in the evening, came, fulfills our requests and gets our feedback regarding your services. I also thank the hotel GM for keeping such valuable staff who prioritize guest satisfaction. and thanks to the reception team who are always smiling and ready to help at any time one again thank you all

Very nice clean hotel that’s surprisingly affordable for the quality you get. I just wish they raised the shower door by a few inches since the water keeps seeping out into the bathroom. Other than that, I literally have no complaints. Great stay.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel, and one of the highlights was the outstanding housekeeping service. Faisal is a good man who does an honest and thorough job. He consistently cleaned my room to a high standard, paying attention to every detail and ensuring it was spotless and comfortable each day. It's clear he takes pride in his work, and his friendly attitude made a big difference during my stay. Overall, the hotel was well-maintained, the staff were courteous, and thanks to Faisal, my room always felt fresh and inviting.
