Clay Dubai is truly a culinary gem in Bluewaters! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was warm, stylish, and welcoming. The food was exceptional — every dish was a masterpiece, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. A special shout-out to Chris, our waiter, who was incredibly attentive, friendly, and made us feel genuinely valued throughout the evening. Also, heartfelt thanks to Youssef, the supervisor, for his professionalism and personal attention that elevated our dining experience even further. This was not just dinner, it was an experience — and I can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended for anyone seeking top-quality food, service, and ambiance in Dubai.

The food was absolutely amazing — especially the sushi, which was fresh and full of flavor. The interior is beautifully decorated with a modern Japanese touch, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely a place I’d come back to!

This is one of the best restaurants I've been to! It was honestly an experience and not just a meal. Admittedly it was expensive, but definitely well worth the money and is really suitable to celebrate a special occasion. My wife and I opted for the 12-course Omakase meal and it was just an amazing culinary journey. The chef talked us through the courses and we had a lovely discussion througout. Each dish was more delicious than the one before, and you know you're getting your money's worth when you see the quality of the ingredients and yhe impressive technique of preparation! Our server was Thiri and the chef was Amrit, and both were phenomenal and made our meal extra special!

Everything was perfect. You’ve got staff coming and explaining the food, the history, the chopsticks and utensils everything. Manager also very kind. The show adds to the experience and the view is good. Food seemed very fresh especially sushi. Overall great experience.
