Dr. Dalea is absolutely amazing, she has helped me immensely. She has a beautiful comprehensive approach.

This counseling center is the worst. They took my money, and now when I request an appointment, the receptionist keeps telling me there are no available slots. Dr. Sara is very average .There is a complete lack of customer service and compassion for existing clients. The service is extremely disappointing, and I have seen no results.

Absolutely horrible experience! Doctor Nayla saw us once and charged 700 aed, promised to follow up and schedule another appointment which she never did. I called them twice, spoke to her assistant and she said that she would speak to the doctor and ask her to call me back. She never called. Obviously this doctor doesn’t care and doesn’t need any more patients. Absolutely unprofessional and arrogant. And what did I think after our first appointment? Nothing special at all, she isn’t a very impressive doctor. Will make sure to write this review wherever I can and file a complaint at the ministry of Health. Being a doctor is a big responsibility that this ‘doctor’ obviously can’t bear.
