I came from abudhabi for my favourite musician show. But the hospitality they offered was outrageous. Me and my friends waited for 4hours. There was no proper information and communication. Service staff were impolite. We had to repeat our order more than 5times, without taking our order manager tried to removed our bag without even asking, after they confirmed our order they bring the cutlery and bill together instead of food. While me and my friend were enjoying on dance floor, this manager named Nabin removed our belonging without our consent. How could someone touch other belongings without consent so unprofessional. Even we wanted to ask about this thing to him he was extremely rude and miserable. Hospitality zero,service zero, worst experience ever. I totally do not recommend this to place to anyone and never in my life going back there.

Worst experience at SK7 Club, Bur Dubai. We ordered veg food, but the staff punched non-veg in the bill. When we pointed it out and asked to be charged for veg only, they refused and forced us to pay extra (10 AED more). Cashier was extremely rude, showed attitude, and even used abusive language. Security staff also misbehaved instead of helping. This is totally unprofessional and disrespectful behavior. We came to enjoy, not to be insulted. Such treatment is unacceptable, especially when the customer is polite and cooperative. Not recommended at all. Be careful. ✋

Worst club experience ever. Hospitality = zero, service = zero. The staff were rude, careless, and completely unprofessional. I complained to the manager may be named Nabin, hoping for a solution, but shockingly he was even more arrogant and disrespectful than his staff. This place has no idea about customer service, no respect for guests, and absolutely no standard. Total waste of time and money. I will never come back here.

I had a really disappointing experience at this bar. My friends and I ordered, paid, and were enjoying our time only to be told by a staff member that if we hadn’t ordered, they would’ve asked us to leave because a group from upstairs wanted our table. Honestly, that comment was completely unnecessary and made us feel uncomfortable. It came off as disrespectful like we were just taking up space, and not welcome unless we were spending money fast enough. That’s not how hospitality should work. There was no apology, no proper explanation, just a cold reminder that someone else was waiting. The drinks were okay, but the way we were treated made the whole experience feel cheap. I won’t be coming back and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone expecting to be treated with basic courtesy.
