I’ve been training at this gym for a while now, and it’s been an amazing experience. I’ve been taking private boxing lessons with Coach Abdu, and I can’t recommend him enough. He’s not only incredibly skilled and knowledgeable in boxing, but he also has a real talent for teaching. I came in as a complete beginner, and in just a few months, he’s helped me improve so much both in technique and confidence. He pushes me to my limit in every session while still being supportive and motivating. The gym itself is also super flexible with scheduling, which makes it easy to stay consistent even with a busy week. Great environment, great coach, great people. Highly recommend!

Been coming here for a month, I am impressed with the teachings of Coach Abdu as every single class he makes sure to make the workouts exciting and puts in something new that gets me out of my comfort zone. .
