I was here for England match Euro cup 2024 and I could say it was a fun and exciting crowd. It was packed!! No place to sit and everyone tend to stand during the game. We ended up going home after half time since my neck was sore from trying to watch from the huge screen. Most of the people are tall and have the tendency to cover the screen. The first time we decided to visit this place, we wanted to buy a VIP ticket, we waited at the checkout for 8-10 minutes. They sent me to other employees, but they didn’t explain anything properly and didn’t serve us well. Of the 20 available staff, only one served. At the end, during an interesting and important match, the manager asked us to leave the establishment for allegedly indecent behavior, despite the fact that we behaved decently and were simply in a hurry to get to the match. In such establishments in Dubai there should be decent service, especially for VIP guests, which was not the case in this place

We attended the 11:00pm match on Sunday, having purchased 250 AED per person deck seats. Unfortunately, we had to wait for the English fans to leave and didn't get to our seats until 10 minutes into the match, even though the national anthem had already been sung. The staff didn't start clearing the previous fans until 10:55pm. Secondly one of the security decided do his duty around 90minutes to the match and start asking fans to stand behind the lines to make an aisle while everyone is concentrating to the match in general standing area. Why weren’t they doing that before? Or could he has asked the same to previous fans? We were very disappointed with the management and regretted not choosing another venue.

Watched the euros there. Ambiance is very nice. Many activations. There was face painting. You could buy flags and scarves with the countries you are supporting. Live music in half time and several food booths. Fireworks would go on when someone scores, which was very cool and really good vibes.
