Cold Stone Creamery JLT

Extremely disappointed with the poor and unprofessional customer service at Cold Stone Creamery, JLT. I placed an order for ice cream via Talabat for my kids, but what we received was completely melted. I called the store at 11:34 PM and spoke with Bryl, who assured me he would call back with a solution. After waiting 15 minutes without any response, I followed up and spoke with Regin. Her response was shockingly dismissive—she initially told me they were too busy to call back and casually suggested I throw away the melted ice cream. Later, she said they would send a replacement and that the driver would contact me. It’s now been nearly an hour, no replacement has arrived, no one has contacted me, and the store is not answering calls. This level of service is completely unacceptable.

You won't taste old nuts or lapse-tasting chocolates - all ingredients taste new and good. Each ingredient they mix in the ice cream contibutes deliciously in its overall taste, making it truly enjoyable. Customer Service --- Big shout out to Pradyut, who always makes sure our ice cream experience in JLT is woderfully enjoyable. Don't let Haagen-Dazs get him 😁 Pradyut is always attentive to customers' needs and ensures the customers get what makes them happy. Ambience --- Cold Stone in JLT is part of a dine-in complex that houses Cold Stone, Tim Hortons, and NYC Pizza. The place is really cozy. It's like a restaurant but one that allows you to chill and lounge while you enjoy these food brands' delicious food selections. So the next time you're in JLT (Sobha side, not DMCC side), make sure to visit Cluster R to try and enjoy this food place. Shout out to Hossam from Tim Hortons, who is also one of the best in-store staff. Price --- I would say Cold Stone is affordable. Plus, they have three ice cream cup sizes, so you can enjoy this yummy ice cream, no matter the budget. Will I Recommend "Cold Stone - JLT"? --- 100% recommended! I have to be nuts not to recommend Cold Stone - JLT. As always, don't take my word for it. Drop by Cluster R in JLT, and enjoy the experience.

Now a days for 29 aed cup , they are not putting right quantity of icecrram they are not filling full. I am hesitant to ask to fill. It depends on each pppl. Please keep standard and fill the ice cream in the box. Only center is filling. Basically quantity is not good. I look forward to improving the quanyity issue
