I would like to appreciate the excellent costumer service and highest gratitude in this branch. All the staff are very helpful and they will give u the best advice especially to Ms. Roanne Tan. The service was quick and staff was friendly..Especially also to Madam Hind Abbas,for being helpful and understanding with my situation, my experience this morning was outstanding. I came to this bank branch and i am new in Abu Dhabi. I was confuse which things to do first and who to approach. But this was not a problem. All the team in the bank where very welcoming and i didnt felt i was in a bank, its more of I felt i was in a hotel. The person who never left me and made sure i finished my requirement. Her name is Roane Tan if im not mistaken. The most welcoming and helpful person in the bank. Thank you team for makinh my life easy. Harold
