My experience with this company was very disappointing. They were not clear from the start and didn’t inform me about their 3-month notice period. When I asked for the full contract details, they refused, saying it was “company policy.” I assumed the contract would be standard, but I was shocked to find out about the notice period and the low basic salary. They delayed salary discussions for over two months to pressure me into signing. After I finally signed, my salary was delayed for no reason. When I resigned, they didn’t pay me in full and stopped responding to my messages. Be careful and don’t work with anyone without reviewing and signing an official contract first.
