Do not recommend at all especially that neither the quality of luggage nor service is good. I’ve bought a medium sized travel bag from them and within the first flight the wheel broke off and handle became wobbly. So I confidently took it back since they said it has five years of worry free warranty, unfortunately to my surprise it’s been five weeks and counting now without them calling apologizing or anything and to add insult to injury when I visited to inquire about the status, they simply said still at the service center waiting for parts and then tried to sell me another bag. Long story short, WARNING do not buy your luggage or bags from here Update: now I’ve submitted a complaint with economy and tourism authorities in Dubai to investigate this fraud as well as a complaint with the brand Condotti.

I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The staff were extremely rude and unprofessional. They seemed uninterested in helping customers and lacked basic customer service skills. It’s unfortunate because I expected a better standard, especially in a location like Dubai Mall. Sadly, I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone based on my visit.

Steer clear of this store. I am beyond angry. Bought a V Roox suitcase on 1/30/23 and this is what the wheels look like on February 2, 2023. I did not check it for my flight as it is a carryon🤬 I feel totally ripped off for a $270 suitcase!!!! Of course I’ve tried to call, now that I’m out the country and no answer. They should be reported!

I recently bought a crown suitcase here recently, and its perfect, its durable and strong and extremely practical. Thought the designs or not to my taste but still minimal. 9/10 products The staff were so helpful and friendly, did not force anything onto me, they helped recommend me the perfect suitcase for my budget. 10/10 service.

Ive always struggled with shopping for bags, most of the bags Ive bought are extremely overpriced, and They’re made with very cheap quality materials which after travelling with them for a bit, they break down. However, my friend told me about Condotti and ive never looked back very reasonable prices and with exceptional Quality. Highly recommended.
