Connect Pilates Studio

I had the chance to book a reformer pilates class today with Grace Li through ClassPass. The studio is located in Al Habtoor Polo Resort. Once you arrive you will be greeted with a valet parking. Very helpful staff in the resort to guide you to the location of the studio. The receptionist was welcoming. It was my first time so i had to fill a form and consent. The view from the studio is outstanding and the studio is nice! I was lucky to be the only participant for the session so Grace taught me really well and adjusted the exercises accordingly. She is very nice and helpful. Would definitely go back again!☺️

Today I visited Connect Pilates and I’d love to share my experience with you. Let me start by saying — location and comfort are everything. The moment I stepped in, I was already filled with positive energy. The area is surrounded by beautiful, Instagrammable cafés where you can enjoy delicious coffee along with taking gorgeous photos — and let’s be honest, that’s an instant mood booster, right? Now, let’s talk about the Connect Pilates staff and the atmosphere inside. I was absolutely impressed with their professionalism and attentiveness. My trainer, Karina, was the sweetest and an amazing professional. She clearly explained what my issue was and how she saw the path to resolving it. On top of that, she’s a very kind and lovely person who made me feel super comfortable — which, I’m sure you’ll agree, is incredibly important, especially when you’ve never worked with a reformer before. After the session, the girl at the reception carefully walked me through the membership options and helped me choose the package that perfectly fit my schedule. She even explained why that particular one was better suited for me than the others. I also want to take a moment to mention Mari — the founder of this place. She’s so warm, cheerful, and down-to-earth, and the team she’s built reflects exactly that. I’m genuinely impressed with every aspect of Connect Pilates. Connect Pilates Studio is truly a pilates haven! It is a peaceful space with well informed and exceptionally trained instructors, support with kindest staff (since I been here and I haven’t seen any one without a smile on their face). The atmosphere here really lends itself to deepening the connection between your body, mind and spirit. Whether you’re just starting out or wanting to take your practice to the next level, they have the equipment, the experience and supportive to help you on your journey! A wonderful space created by a visionary owner to provide what matters the most - movement and awareness through reformer pilates. Have loved all my sessions here with Karina, Christina, Rachel, Emily, Justine, Maxine & Tania. I kept revisiting till I became a trainer myself and definitely they are one of the best teaching schools as well.

I’m currently attending a course at this studio and I’m truly impressed! The Pilates machines are high-quality, clean, and well maintained, which makes every session smooth and enjoyable. The hospitality is exceptionaleveryone is welcoming, friendly, and professional. The reception team is always helpful and organized, making the whole experience even more pleasant. The studio has such a positive and calming atmosphere. Highly recommended for both training and professional courses
