The company is not bad or not reliable. If it had been; they would never choose to call me. Also the services become excellent only with all our feedback. I am not associated till now. This is a good organization to partner with and work along. As change and growth head customers will ensure to give them feedback. Not to push them down. Lets make sure CCLL make structured things and will provide services better not only in Dubai. But across globe!

Today I book a taxi through uber app, and Mr. Shareef was the driver , very good person but am not satisfied by the service from company side. Card payment is not available, if I cancelled the trip that amount i have to pay when next booking right? Can’t the company can give a card machine, is the can’t afford it very bad.

I booked airport pickup through mashreq bank. After being dropped at home I called the supervisor and raised a complain. The driver called me back and started shouting at me. I hung up the phone and again raised complain to supervisor but did not hear back from him yet. Will register official complaint through official channels as well. Very disappointed with the behavior. I expect call back from connection chauffer.

We used thier services several times whilst in Dubai! Jahanzaib and all of the drivers were professional and knowledgeable, the cars were great and particularly enjoyed the comfort of their GMC when travelling longer distances with the kids. Highly recommend their services and will 100% book again the next time we are in Dubai!

The guy didn‘t turn on taxi meter and wanted me to go to ATM to pay him 100 AED for a 1-1.5km ride from Dubai Mall to Bab Al Mansour (normally would cost 10 AED). I only had mobile phone with me, and he said he can‘t accept card payment, but only cash. There was no ATM near, and I figured out it was a scam, and offered 50 AED and insisted I pay with phone, then suddenly he pulled up POS device and offered 80, then 70 dirhams, which I paid. Still 7x the price. Next time I‘ll just call police and take picture of registration plate. Will also report this probably.
