A very dishonest and scamming company!! I ordered 96 square meters of a plain tan colour interlock for my villa which they confirmed the availability of required quantities before I did the payment (see attached tax invoice and payment receipt for verification). I was shocked that when they delivered the interlock, they slid and hid different colours of interlock tiles among the agreed colours’ tiles (see attached photos). I asked to exchange the wrong colour tiles with the correct ones, but they said that the agreed chosen colour was out of stock. I wrote this review so that I warn whoever searches for an interlock company on google about the type of company he or she might be dealing with!! Very fraudulent and deceitful!! Shame on you!!

If you are not an Architect or Contractor, Client with a villa to tile and you come across Joana, you are in good hands. She is a sharp multi-tasker, professional, and very smart to find solutions. You can imagine that this factory s top quality and takes large orders. Usually they wouldn’t accommodate a small order. But Joana made me feel just like a large customer, she managed to identify in the yard excess 60x60 pavers that color match which happened to be excess from larger order. She clarified how to handle 8cm height concrete tiles using special spacers and explained liability of handling the heavy crates and delivery truck through gated communities. I will be back for an expanded project after the summer.

Yesterday i tried to get information about interlock on their official Whatsapp number and got a reply to sent the same message on email. U emailed them but got no reply even its been 40 hours still no reply from there side...then i called the official number and receptionist said to me wrote down a phone number and asked him for quotation..i called hi ( Mr Sunil ) he said he will check and reply me . I again called him after 30 minutes and he said very rudely that go and check in the factory , i don't deal with these small quantities .. I would say that they are providing worst customer service and definitely i will never ever think about this company for any kind of products
