I would like to share my recent experience with Bangladesh consulate general , Dubai. last time when i visited it was mess seems like they implement so many things which is really appreciated. For example , cooling and token system amazing jobs they have done. I would like to get attention of consultant general here for few things must be implement. 1. Visitor are not allow to sit inside! Why? Where they wait outside near the streets that’s not fair especially when the temperature is 45 degree Celsius plus. Please do the needful and allow visitors to sit inside. 2. There’s no vending machine inside! Why? Come on It's common to have a vending machine especially when you're waiting long time you feel like to eat or drinks something. Please do the needful as your earliest to get a vending machine. 3. When website mentioned dollars payment clearly mentioned dollars among but there’s no instructions that i have to pay by dirham when i want to pay by dollars they don’t except why? Please do the needful for above points and give the best for our remittance fighters. Thank you

Very poor management. You have to sit outside in the hot weather waiting for hours just to collect the passport. What harm would it have caused to keep token monitoring inside the building with proper ventilation instead of letting people sit outside for many hours in hot and humid weather? This is among one of the reason why our country will always lack behind because our people themselves cannot think doing better.

After the new consular staff joined, their efficiency has been truly top notch! I went to reissue my e-passport, but I needed to update several details. I had tried before, but my request was rejected. However, this time, not only did they help me update my information, they went above and beyond doing what seemed almost impossible to make it happen. Special thanks to Mr. Alam. Everyone around was fast, efficient, and extremely supportive. For the first time, I truly felt this is our consulate, our people, and our nation. Well done to the entire Bangladesh Consulate team in Dubai!
