A very small room , very stuffy, ac doesn't work, few chairs to seat (be ready to stand on your feet for at least 2,5 hours!). No machine to give you the ticket, it is a place, where you have to queue for at least 2,5 hours. Difficult to get any information, only 1 person is working: accepting docs, printing visas, consulting. To ask you have to wait 2,5 h! What a waste of time. Please install a ticket machine and hire the second person, as the service takes forever. Only cash is Accepted, no cards! There is a washroom.
