This consulate is usually quite busy, but the team is very efficient and handles the crowd quickly. They aren’t lazy and make sure to do their work on time. The only part that takes a bit longer is the document verification, probably because they have to go through so many papers on their desks. Overall, a well-managed process.

They have amazing setup and easy to access the service. Customer service was excellent and they have no waiting time. Overall it was a great experience

Firstly, I would like to commend the renovation of the office space and the addition of new office desks. The improvements in the physical environment are quite noticeable and appreciated. However, I believe there are still areas that need attention to enhance the overall service experience. Specifically, I found the service to be unsatisfactory. The staff members need to improve their work ethics, focusing solely on job-related tasks while serving customers. During my visit, I had to wait until the staff finished their personal conversations, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the information provided by the staff was insufficient. I would suggest that the consulate work on improving the quality and completeness of the information shared with customers.
