Been there multiple times over the past 9 years and always the same conclusion: Amazing team, very pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful. Things are happening really fast too. Taking the appointment online is a bit of a challenge as the slot are rapidly booked, but once there it's all good. Follow the process, be on time, be courteous and you will be met by a fantastic team who will sort you out with a smile and as efficiently as they possibly can. Today again, I was in and out in 10 minutes. Great job. Thank you again!

Was treated like a second class citizen, I came here to renew my identity document, all documents thrown every two minutes wasn’t even greeted properly; every five minutes agents was annoyed and do noises to show she’s angry. I just wanted my documents to be sorted, felt like I was asking them access to heaven..
