Consulate General of Pakistan, Dubai

Unfortunately, the experience at the Consulate of Pakistan in Dubai was disappointing. There are very limited facilities for overseas Pakistanis and families. Only two counters were operating — one for cash/passport services and one bank counter — which made the process extremely slow. The overall system needs serious improvement to handle the number of visitors efficiently. Hoping for better organization and customer service in the future.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting the Consulate General of Pakistan for passport renewal, and I must say, the experience was truly exceptional. From the moment I walked in, the staff were courteous, professional, and incredibly helpful. The process was streamlined and efficient, with clear instructions and minimal wait times. The officials were diligent in verifying documents and ensuring everything was in order. What impressed me most was the transparency and communication throughout the process. I received regular updates on the status of my application, and the team was proactive in addressing any queries I had. The entire experience was hassle-free and stress-free, thanks to the team's dedication and expertise. I would highly recommend the Consulate General of Pakistan for passport renewal services. Kudos to the team for a job well done!

Pathetic service with full Pakistani Mahol desi style kurta shalwar punjabi with zero ethics to entertain their applicants. It took me 2 hours for just a single stamp after paying 3 times visits. Not a single tv screen for showing token numbers and status of the Application. They just keep saying “Apko awaaz deke bulaa lenge” That’s all. Horrible people here!

Very crowded with no proper crowd control or token system. Some counters don’t accept card payments. Poorly managed overall.

I visited today at 31/July/2025. For degree attestation the process was too smooth and simple just paid 40 AED for attestation and 3 AED photocopy. That's all. It was all completed in less than an hour and waiting area was clean and cool with AC.
