Slow service, staff is disrespectful, esp the one responsible for capturing pics upstairs. Rude and careless, 0 etiquette ! +The building has no elevator?? Not wheelchair friendly at all. Below 1 star!!!! Not recommended at all

Had very bad experience with this place. Looks like no one knows anything there. Its very hard for a non arabic speaker to get his work done there. I have been trying to get Police clearance certificate from them. Its been my 3rd visit for same purpose but after wasting my half day I am still returning back empty handed. They dont understand the value of urgency and time. PCC is a very simple thing. I got them very quickly from other embassies but really suffering with Sudan Consulate. Totally disappointed

I just got back from an appointment to renew my passport, and all I can truly say is that am beyond pleased with the level of service, promptness in delivering the service and overall feel of the experience. Excellent job to everyone at the consulate ... You make us proud to belong to this great nation

Best services. Everything went smoothy and very fast in the best way. The process is organized perfectly. My request is to have smiling face when dealing with customers..

Nothing is done on time.. Never ever! "System is down" or “System has changed” is their always story and excuse... Electronic passport renewal takes forever.. I had to go through the same process of getting a brand new Passport again. Estimated time to get the Passport renewed is between 3 weeks to an over a month.. They don’t call you once ready, you have to follow up to find out if the passport is collectible… The Website is useless.. No enough information presented that really helps other than locating the Consulate on the map… Payment has to be in cash (no use of electronic payment).. You need to stuff your wallet with money before you go and get surprised with their unpredictable prices…
