Your visa section is really amazing!! I only realised how amazing it is after refusing my tourism visa for 1 week trip due to insufficient funds given that I provided wet stamped official bank statement with more than needed amount.
As a proud Swiss citizen, it’s disappointing that my experiences with the Swiss Embassy in Abu Dhabi have consistently fallen short. They are rarely available, take days to respond to emails, and often can’t provide clear or detailed information. It’s disappointing to feel like I need to chase the embassy to get essential matters resolved. I hope the level of service can be improved to better reflect the standards Switzerland is known.
The Swiss Consulate in Dubai has no visa section and no consular section since 2014. For visa issues and questions about entering Switzerland you need to call VFS in Dubai or the Swiss Embassy in Abu Dhabi. For matters of Swiss nationals and attestations you need to contact the Swiss Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
