My husband has been applying for a Turkish visa on a yearly basis and has always been granted a multiple-entry visa without any issues. This time, we were planning to travel together on 31st July, and he applied again through VFS. The agent asked him whether it was his first time applying, and he clearly explained that he is a regular traveler to Turkey and that I am a German citizen who enters Turkey visa-free. He paid almost 2,500 AED for a multiple-entry visa with fast-track service, yet despite submitting all the required documents, his application was rejected without any explanation or justification. The only receipt placed on his passport was “Refused for assessment”, which means the documents were not even reviewed — even though we spent nearly three full days gathering and preparing them. In addition, despite having a scheduled appointment and paying extra for the fast service, he had to wait almost 1.5 hours at VFS, which defeats the purpose of fast-track processing. When we followed up with VFS, they simply stated that no reason was provided for the refusal, and that the only option is to reapply again — with no guarantees or guidance. This experience has been extremely disappointing and has completely disrupted our travel plans. We hope that future applications are handled with more transparency, professionalism, and respect for the applicant’s time, effort, and money.

I applied for a tourist visa and submitted all the required documents, but my application was rejected without any explanation. To make matters worse, the visa fee is non-refundable. While they may have their own policies, it's disappointing that they don't offer a refund if the visa is denied.

We are waiting for a visa for 1 month and two weeks No answer from VFC or anyone. Just keep saying - please wait. ONE MONTH & A HALF!!! My Shenzhen visa for 5 years was faster! Where can l call or who to contact just to make sure my passport is not lost?

My complaint about VFS turkey visa center i applied through on 25 March and after horrible treatment and 1600 AED i paid , i would like to send the quite shocking updates. I just received my passport now with approval after i missed already my trip. The Surprise is the approval date is ""26 March"" just one day i got the approval already and 2 WEEKS just to deliver my passport!!! That's the worst service i saw ever not only in dubai in all of the world.
