Original certificates and copies of required services e. g Education, Birth, Travel etc depending on the service you are looking for. 4. Only card payment is accepted 5. Read or make enquiries and narrow down your issue precisely prior to visit. Ensure the information is upto date/current. 6. Early morning visits preferred.
It felt like home 🏠 warm and friendly welcome
Having been around for almost 2 decades, I have sought services from our Dubai consulate a couple of times, I must admit the customer services have improved tremendously and we need to appreciate that, my latest encounter was 2 weeks ago when I was applying for a passport for my newborn, the process was seamless and within 2 weeks I have received my passport, I experienced an excellent professionalism and assistance from Salim and anyone else I interacted with as usual.
Visited the consulate and from Main reception to the officers all were so welcoming, approachable and so helpful. We all need to feel at home when we visit our own. Thanking Trizza, Munir and his Boss for all the help they have rendered to me and my daughter concerning her passport.
