Consulate of Kuwait

I called twice on different timings but no response to inquire about the visa requirement for UAE residents, the third time i reached them. the guy who picked up responded in a very cold way and he wanted to end the call asap.. Unexpectedly frustrating... :/

Good experience! (surprising for a consulate): I called at 9 am on a Monday; the answered to my call after 3 rings; this person put my forward to another representative which answered immediately with the right information, kind enough and without hesitation. Great service. Many thanks for avoiding me the fuss of going all the way to Bur Dubai.

Pathetic services. I called this morning and the man who received was very rude, was not even patient enough to here my questions. Was very quick to end the call. Terrible customer service, very terrible. Something should be done in this consulate. I rate them with a zero.

I visited the Consulate of Kuwait in Dubai with a whole different picture in my mind as I heard and read about many experiences from others & online. The moment I entered the Consulate I was amazed at their service & professional helpfulness. I got my work done with much ease and in a timely manner due to their professionalism. Overall a great experience.

I'm giving one star becoz ter is no option to giv zero star..i tried calling many times and no response..some time some guys are picking in the reception and transfer to someone who is not picking on the other end..i couldn't get chance to ask my queries.!!
