Scam! Be aware! Continental investments and Reportage Prime properties!! Don't trust their representation, they are not reliable builders and only after your money. They keep adding new terms and increase the prices to get you. I am taking them to court and will launch complaint with the consumer protection agency. They take your money as "loan" to build the project with it rather than putting it in a secure account "escrow account". They ended up canceling my unit and sold it to someone else and said "sorry was a mistake". I got my lawyer involved. If you are in the same situation, get your lawyer involved. I will add photos and screenshots to show how they handled this. Save your money!
