As I have purchased 4 tyre 205/55 R16 for vw jetta car on dated 05/05/2024 from fastrack al barsha. After changing tyre I felt every day vibration above 100 with pirelli its not there. 3 time balancing also done there is no fault found in balancing and alignment. I visited continental located in al quoz and discussed with Hanif as well. He has not given any solution. And I discussed 1 tyr got flat I don't know reason he is saying it's cut. As per my knowledge there is full warranty for tyre in india as my family is doing business in the same (continental dealer). As mailed many time to customer care no one responding. Rubbish service. Continental tyres not suitable for uae region.

Not recommended I changed the 4 tyers to brand new contenintal for my mercedes GLE 43 coupe AMG Car body shaking, vibration & tyre noise have been noticed Imagen, the official mercedes distributor Gargash gave me official report(which is proved from 2 tyer service centers) that 4 tyres have to be replaced after 3 months I have suffered 10 months on my car, after several complaints Whenever you complain they ask you to bring car, they will do tyres balancing and they will tell you that now tyres are perfect. Worst after sale care.

Guys don’t buy continental brand for jaguar XJL worst tyres. I suffered 14 months on my car, after several complain they have just changed one front tyre. They supposed to change all tyres. Imagine one old tyre one 2021 tyre 🤣. They just want to save money and they dont care about warranty UAE local distribution manager in Al qouz branch. Whenever you complain they ask you to bring car, they will do tyres balancing and they will tell you that now tyres are perfect. Worst service after buying this brand. Imagine i took my 5 times complaining about my car vibration and tyre noise in a year and still they haven’t changed my tyres.

Badly installed continental tires resulted in being faulty in just one year. Their dealer Fasttrack installed the tires.
