Continental Tower

Security are not accomodating at all. They don't let cleaners and delivery to sit in the lobby even though the weather outside is very hot. As if their building is clean and nice 🫩🫩🫩

i just got here for some beauty home services the receptionist here is not good, very rude and arrogant!!!! he throw my id on reception desk when he giving it back to me with a sour face , omg this is my first time incounter a receptionist like this no respect

Our flight came early, we went to check in and she told us come after 2 hours Or I will call you when the apartment is ready. We go back and forth asking her she didn’t even mentioned that we need to come at 3. Then when it reached 3 pm, we asked them they said it is not ready yet. Regardless, they gave us only one key, the cleaning lady was still there, the room was still under the process of cleaning. After the cleaning lady left we opened the cabinet there were small cockroaches on the coffee mugs.. I manage to take a photo of one. The glasses are dirty there were only 6 big towels really nothing else is provided. We request the room for 5 as part of our reservation we came to find out that there is only two queen beds. We had to call them over the wifi because there is no phones in the apartment, to bring us an extra bed! Doors, handles, knobs windows and lamps are full of dust and dirty fingerprints everywhere. This is our day one here and it was a really bad experience . Except for the receptionists who we’re so helpful. Our reservation is for a week till next Sunday .. If nothing changed or it was worse I will update the chase and the Expedia about our stay!

Good location. Apartment is a bit rundown. Very nice view.
