Contrology Pilates Fitness Dubai

Love doing my reformer pilates here. The instructor is very jolly and professional. I enjoyed her way of instructing us on our classes. Thank you so much Aneesha for the experience of good pilates class. The place is small but enough for 4 to 5 people who wants to do reformer classes.

Tried the Reformer Pilates upper body group class and it was a very good experience! Anisha made sure that we are in our correct form while doing the exercises. The studio is small but clean and nice. The only problem is that they don’t have a free parking. Available parking around the area is paid parking which is 10 aed per hour which means every class i have to expect to pay 20 dhs everytime I come here because they don’t validate parking. Would I come back? I would definitely consider the parking issue when i choose a Pilates studio and there’s a lot of studios in Dubai where parking is free 🤷‍♀️

Just finished a lower body session at Contrology Pilates with Mansi and it was incredible! The studio is spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a welcoming atmosphere. Mansi is an amazing instructor super knowledgeable, encouraging, and really attentive to form. I felt my lower body working the entire time and definitely left feeling stronger (and a little sore in the best way!)Highly recommend if you're looking for a quality Pilates experience❤️

I recently attended a Reformer class at Contrology Pilates with Anisha, and it was an amazing experience. The exercises were really well-structured and thoughtfully put together — I felt they worked all the right muscles in just the right way. I especially appreciated the stretching session after the workout; it was the perfect way to end the class. I also loved the pace of the class and Aisha’s vibe — calm, positive, and motivating. Thank you, Aisha, for such a lovely class! I’m looking forward to coming back.

It was a nice experience. Anisha was awesome (hope I had her name correctly 😁). But definitely worth the experience!
