Please note that "Copper Beauty" is the new name of the salon*** I am very disappointed with the results of my hair...first of all I had bought a very expensive ponytail extension and showed it to my hair stylist, Jacky before we started the head highlights. I asked him to match the color of the highlights to the extensions. You can refer to the picture...my hair and the extensions are two completely different colors. I also did not want my hair cut but he insisted and now my hair is shorter than I wanted it to be. I was charged 250aed just to apply the ponytail extension! Outrageously priced... I would not recommend going to this salon for hair styling I have done nails here and they did a good job with that only.

I was approved for a collaboration with this salon through a platform. They confirmed that they were willing to provide hair coloring and treatment. I informed them in advance that I’d only be able to book the appointment in three weeks. However, when the time came, they started ignoring my calls and messages. The receptionist told me that the managers had changed their minds and didn’t want to proceed anymore. No apology, no proper explanation. My question is: how can you give a clear “yes” and then just disappear without any professional communication?
