One of the worst Container line company I have ever come across. If I could, I would rate it 0 star. Useless management and poor, nightmare customer care. Overall worst experience and I don't recommend to anyone, pathetic service. Berbera office was one of worst shipping line office. There was an invoice raised for cleaning charge and Cordelia India told us they will cancel but at the same time they were holding our cargo into the port, period of 18 days and no cancelation made. Customer service of cordelia Kenya, Berbera and Dubai were so horrible, lie after a lie. Mohammed from Kenya regional office told us he will attend and sort out our issue but his solution was "don't worry I will fix this matter". Thanks to the poor service and you won't see me again.
