I visited Cosmo Secret Clinic – Al Barsha branch and did several laser beard shaping sessions using the DEKA machine, which is one of the best and most advanced devices out there Honestly, the results were amazing! The hair has reduced a lot, and my beard looks much more defined now. Huge thanks to Sidoni for her excellent work, and also to the reception team for their warm and professional welcome. My experience at Cosmo Secret Clinic was absolutely amazing! From the moment I walked in, I felt the care and professionalism in every detail. The medical team is extremely knowledgeable and explained every step clearly before the procedure. I tried PRP sessions, and the results were visible from the very first treatment — my skin felt smoother and looked more radiant, and I noticed a real improvement in my hair. The clinic is spotless, well-organized, and follows the highest standards of hygiene and quality. Honestly, it has become my go-to place for any aesthetic treatment. Highly recommended!

I got jaw filler on May 18, 2025, and I’m extremely disappointed with the entire experience with Youssef Sbera. One side of my jaw is round while the other is square, making my face look noticeably uneven and asymmetrical — the exact opposite of what I asked for. I clearly requested facial symmetry, but the practitioner didn’t take any time to assess or analyze my face before starting. He didn’t inform me when he was about to begin — he just started injecting quickly and carelessly, without any explanation or preparation. When I expressed how rushed and impersonal the process felt, his only response was, “This is my routine.” But every face is different, and aesthetic work should never be approached with a one-size-fits-all mindset. Even more concerning, I never asked for chin filler — yet he went ahead and injected it without my consent or even discussing it with me. Now my chin also looks uneven, with noticeably more filler on the left side. After the procedure, he didn’t even inform me it was over. He just sat back at his desk without analyzing the results or checking my face from the front. All of his injections were done from behind my head, with no proper evaluation afterward. I now have visible marks and scarring at each injection site — something I’ve never experienced before. I asked people for honest feedback, and not a single person said my face looked even or aesthetically pleasing. Everyone immediately noticed that something was off. After I kept mentioning to him that my face is uneven he just kept saying its even while sitting at his desk not even coming to look at me, after the back and forth he came and measured my face and noticed it is uneven, put more on one side but still absolutely no difference. Again, terrible communication, analysis and work. He also didn’t take the time to properly massage the filler in, and I can feel lumps along my jawline.
