I initially had a very poor experience with Cosmos Insurance Broker. They issued my car insurance policy before I could provide the fitness certificate, and later blamed me for giving the wrong TC number — even though it naturally changes when transferring a car from Dubai to Sharjah. They also charged me extra for the modification, and the final policy price was higher than what was originally quoted. However, after posting my review, Mr. Kumar from Cosmos Insurance contacted me directly. He was professional, acknowledged the miscommunication, and took full responsibility. He also offered to refund the excess charges, which I truly appreciate. Mistakes can happen, but how a company handles them matters. Thanks to Mr. Kumar’s proactive and respectful approach, I’m updating my review to reflect that they took steps to resolve the issue fairly. I hope they continue improving their communication and service in the future.

This is my honest review, some of you may have received good service i don't deny. I used to use cosmos in 2012 and after a year, I stopped due of bad service. Then, we had a new person Sandeep who approached us after almost 10 years informing us that everything has changed now and cosmos offers much better service than before, you all know that, when a sales person approaches you, they will stoop down to any level just to get your business. Sorry to say, I got fooled by his talk. Their service is worse than before, communication is very poor. I will be black listing them and never again I will use this broker

Unprofessional and disrespectful—avoid this company! I reached out with an inquiry, but instead of asking for any details, operator Sajid immediately demanded a trade license without even understanding my request. To make matters worse, he didn’t even bother to ask for my name and just called me “brother”! I am a woman—this level of carelessness is beyond unprofessional. When I tried to explain my concern, Sajid dismissed me and said he would skip my inquiry. This is not how a serious company should treat potential clients. If this is their attitude before even signing up, I can only imagine how terrible their service must be afterward. Stay away from this company! They are a waste of time and completely lack professionalism.
