I called them to come and look at my house internet network. Mouaz promised to come, but then he sent somebody else. The guy who came was not good. He ruined the network further and made everything worse. Above all, he charged 250 Dh. for each extender in the house, something unheard of. Totally disappointed in their service, and today I am bringing someone else to fix the damage they did. Do not be fooled by the high rating.

We used Creative Experts for the first time today--and the service was exceptional. The technician, Sam, was prompt, efficient and extremely helpful and had us back up and running FAST. Email issues for small businesses can be stressful and damaging; Sam overcame ours effortlessly and on a SUNDAY. None of the other firms that I contacted was working that day. Sam and his team have a new client in us for sure.

Well worth it!! These guys are pros and quick. Hosam came in less than an hour after my call. He asked a few questions and figured quickly what was happening. My network configuration was not good and my PC WiFi LAN driver needed a fix. He shared some good tips as well. Thumbs up. Highly recommend
