I recently had an initial meeting with this fashion production house, and unfortunately, the experience left a negative impression. From the start, the atmosphere felt more argumentative than collaborative, and I sensed a lack of openness to new clients. The interaction felt confrontational — almost like a power struggle — which I found unnecessary and unprofessional. The meeting itself was filled with mixed messages and unclear information. Instead of receiving guidance or a clear production process, I was handed a long list of restrictions and warnings, which made the environment feel unwelcoming. Upon arrival, I called the team via my car’s system to confirm the building name, as I was driving and couldn’t check my phone. I was reassured that I was at the correct location, only to discover I was in the wrong building — the very same one they told me I was at. Before the meeting started, the receptionist told us there wasn’t much time left because lunch was approaching, which added unnecessary pressure — especially considering the meeting had already been delayed due to their own scheduling. During the discussion, one of the staff openly interrupted to remind the team it was lunchtime, which felt very unprofessional. I appreciate that the person leading the meeting continued the conversation, but unfortunately, most of the responses I received were negative, and it felt like I wasn’t welcome. Another disappointing moment was when I politely asked to meet the tailor or the person responsible for executing the designs. The request was rejected almost instantly and firmly — I honestly don’t understand why. Many other factories are open to this kind of interaction, especially before any agreement is signed or deposit is made. I believe it is my right to meet the actual team I would potentially be working with. What if we don’t even share a common language? Instead of saying, “Let me check with management and get back to you,” the response was...

My schedule got busy, so I couldn’t get back to them immediately. When I finally asked for a refund, they refused and only offered a 20% credit, claiming I wasted their slots—which were never booked.
