Crystal Shine Car Care

This is the third car I’ve brought to Adel at Crystal Shine and every time I’m blown away but the level of detail. I took the car straight from the showroom I had purchased it from for some repair to the PPF, and for nano coating. I’d paid the garage extra to detail it but it wasn’t close to the finish I got when I received it back from the guys here. The level of quality is worth every penny of the service and Adel is one of the nicest people I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting in Dubai. I’d highly recommend sitting with him for a coffee to let him guide you on how to make your car look like new again.

My 2009 car was in excellent condition to begin with, low mileage but in need of paintwork decontamination and revitalisation. Adil and his team have brought my car to a new level. I liked the fact the car was only worked on by a select few detailers. The whole approach was aimed at quality in the final result. My severely egg-shelled headlights have been transformed to new status. The car has a unique colour and the consistency of paint finish is excellent. There is no horrible polish residue left anywhere. The interior has also been lightly detailed in such a way that there is a natural appearance to the leather and all other materials in the cabin. Signs of good product use. I must also thank Adil for allowing my car to stay on their premises a little longer than intended. I hope you used it to advertise your capabilities. I came in to get my car detailed, but unfortunately ran into unexpected emergency mechanical issues and Adel was incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to help me without asking for anything in return. Truly exceptional customer service. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and helpful. Highly recommend just based on the way they treat people. Will bring all my cars here in the future.

I found crystal shine car care on the internet. As I’m new to Dubai I had no references so I based my decision on the reviews of the numerous car care centers. What a great decision I made as Adel and his team of workers are really quite something. I was made to feel welcome all throughout the duration of my clients car being wrapped ,not to mention the removal of large quantities of dried specs of paint that proved to be a difficult task(the car was imported from Europe and no one wanted to try and remove the paint as it was deemed impossible) but crystal shine rose to the challenge and the car is now back to new and protected. Adel’s customer service alongside quality workmanship made my experience so much easier than expected. I definitely recommend crystal shine.

The team at Crystal Shine are brilliant. The work shop itself is immaculate. I have taken my cars for many different jobs over the years and each job was done to perfection with great attention to detail. I have had paint work fixed, car seat covers fitted, deep cleaned my car after the kids spilt milk on the back seat (I thought the smell of milk would never leave). The quality of workmanship and service is superior to most any workshop in Dubai and the high standard has been consistent through the years. Thank you Adel and his team at Crystal Shine!
