CZN Burak Dubai

My friend and I came here for its famous brand and not bad rating in google. But unfortunately the whole experience can not reach our expectations. For the food, the taste of chicken, lamb and mixed grilled platter is good. I went to Istanbul in February, the local restaurant will ask and supply the bread and some sauces for customers. But here we didn’t get them but maybe different restaurants have different standards of service and food supply. It’s understandable. About service, from beginning to middle of meal, everything okay. And staff will ask your feedback about food. But I saw other tables, which are group meals, and the table for one person near us, when they said checked or ate at the end of meal, they would get a small cup of hot tea, but we were ignored. After checking the bills, we left directly. Maybe every server focused on the group meals, but for me I felt a little uncomfortable as a customer at the same time. Atmosphere is okay, the meal for two people or groups can be enjoyable here.

From the moment we arrived at CZN Burak Dubai, everything was exceptional. We were seated immediately, and the service throughout the evening was outstanding—special thanks to our server, Islam Awaly, who truly made the experience even more enjoyable. He was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and brought a great sense of humor that added to the warm atmosphere. His service was top-notch! The food? Absolutely incredible. From the starters to the mixed grill, every dish was bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The portions were generous—we had so much delicious food that we couldn’t even finish it all! Everything arrived quickly, and the quality was consistently impressive. The location and seating were perfect. We had a great spot that added to the overall experience, and it was clear the team takes great pride in both the food and the customer service. We will definitely be coming back again. Massive thanks again to Islam for making our visit so enjoyable. Highly recommend!

So the waiter his name is Islam, super professional guy, I was in doubt what shisha flavour I wanted so he said pick whatever you like and if you don’t like it I can change for you. That’s what I call service! The food was crazy good! There is even air conditioning outside at 37 degrees it felt like 20 degrees( check pictures) and don’t forget about the live DJ very chill and smooth music. All in all 10/10 Masha Allah!

CZN Burak is truly one of the best places in Dubai for authentic Turkish cuisine. The food is consistently flavorful, beautifully presented, and portioned generously. The view of the Burj Khalifa from the restaurant is absolutely stunning, making the dining experience even more memorable. The service is outstanding: warm, efficient, and detail-oriented. A special shout-out to Soufiane, who went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and well taken care of. This place is nothing short of legendary — a must-visit!
