Absolute TERRIBLE and DISHONEST company - STAY AWAY!!!!! They did a terrible job installing a new engine in our boat which ended up being damaged by them during installation and it never worked. After, they have one of their “managers” who they fired from the company taking our engine away with him from the shop without our knowledge nor consent to some other still unknown location while we were chasing him and D3 management for several weeks. Luckily we manage to retrieve our engine back but upon reaching D3 to help us solving the issue they lithely said “they had no responsibility and won’t do anything about it”. We have contacted the Dubai Police and our lawyer and are still seriously considering a law suit against them. Seeing other reviews I don’t know how this people still on business as they are bunch of INCOMPETENT so called managers and mechanics and run the business clearly in a very dodgy and DISHONEST way. STAY AWAY from this so called “company” unless you want loose lots of money and time. God willing they will soon shut doors soon for good so no more customers will be ripped off the way we did.

Very bad services. I agreed with them to do service on my Caterpiller engine. They change the rare crankshaft shaft seal with incorrect seal tool. It was leaking for few month and damaging the starter. The promised to help me change it if I bring professional person to replace the seal with the proper seal. They removed the gear and the professional person fixed properly, they start to blackmail me by tell that they will not come back unless I pay money. I lost many business because my yacht is commercial I also lost a lot of money trying to repair it.

Arguably one of the "worst experiences" dealing with this company and a person named Paul (or what ever other name he goes by) who manages the yatch bookings. They have completely ruined our yatch trip booked a few weeks ago and his attitude to say the least is down right "rude". Im not really sure why they even exist in this industry. Please avoid this company and do not make any advance payments - chances are you will never see your money again. Many more providers out there who provide quality service and are honest to deal with.
