I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. Although I had originally booked a standard room, I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious apartment – possibly because I didn’t include breakfast in my booking. Either way, it was a fantastic gesture that made my stay even more comfortable! The location couldn’t be better – just steps away from Dubai Mall, which made exploring the city incredibly convenient. The apartment was spotlessly clean, with daily housekeeping, fresh towels and toiletries provided every day, and overall very high standards of cleanliness. What really stood out was the amazing staff – incredibly friendly, helpful, and professional. Any small issue I had was resolved immediately with no hassle. To my surprise, even after I had already left for the airport, the staff contacted me to let me know I had left something behind in the apartment – truly exceptional service and attention to detail. It was a wonderful surprise when I saw my name on the TV. This stay exceeded my expectations in every way. I genuinely felt taken care of and valued as a guest. I’ll definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Dubai

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always greeting with a smile and ready to assist. The cleanliness of the hotel was outstanding—from the lobby to the room, everything was spotless. The rooms were spacious, fresh-smelling, and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean linens. The elevators were quick and always functioning properly, which made getting around easy. I also appreciated the pleasant fragrance throughout the hotel, which added a touch of elegance. Highly recommended!

From the moment we arrived, our stay at the hotel was nothing but exceptional. We were warmly welcomed by SABER whose outstanding service and attention made us feel immediately comfortable. He went beyond to ensure our stay will be incredible. He is truly a standout member of the team. All the other staff members were equally kind and welcoming. Khaled was also especially helpful and accommodating and assisting with our requests. Aside from the wonderful people, the location was perfect and the amenities offered everything we needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The staff are truly the greatest asset of this hotel. Their professionalism, warmth, and hospitality made our experience unforgettable. We will definitely be coming back!
