Ridiculous behaviour of manager, He dont deserve this position on this kind of store , he thinks i dont have money and stop guiding me , i was just asking how do you charge by gram or fixed amount , for 3 gram of Gold they charging almost triple price .. And above all rude attitude

A terrible experience purchasing from this store.... DO NOT GO THERE!!! Such a poor experience and the worst service ever not to mention selling defective products! What was supposed to be a small thank you gift for my sisters turned into the most embarrassing and disgusting memory we had from our 1 week stay in Dubai! The sales consultant, Hetal, wrapped what she refered to as the last 2 flower bracelets she had in store, to discover when we opened the box that one was defective. I returned to the store 3 hours later for an exchange and the sales consultant acted inappropriately. She first offered to fix the bracelet which required 7 working days but I informed her that my flight was on the same night. She said there is nothing she can do and that I should keep the defective product... I suggested an exchange, she said that this can only be possible 5 days later after the bracelet is sent to the head office and checked. She accused me of breaking the bracelet and potentially tampering with it instead of acknowledging selling me a defective item!! This got me upset so I asked her to refund my purchase and she refused! We asked repeatedly for her manager and she claimed that he is on annual leave and not to be disturbed, we asked for the deputising manager and she refused to call. We had to contact the Police and refused to leave the store until a refund is processed, she finally contacted a manager and he advised her to process the refund. She did not want to re-open her system so she signed a document claiming a refund will be processed the following day which was never done. We are following up with the Bank and the authorities on this issue, hoping to get our money back.
