Super helpful! Not just they have all products I need (many suppliers in Dubai didn’t) but they are very patient and explain to me options and doublecheck before selling me anything. It is the 3d or 4th time I came back to them today. Being alone woman with not quite specific experience, everyone could lie to me and sell me anything at all but these gentlemen did NOT. They always asked me what certain item was for and showed me photo or a video how to use; and only after they confirmed that’s what I wanted-they sold it to me! And always sent someone with me to the store to load into my car the heavy ( (20 or 50 kg ) items and to show me the directions. I am not just happy, I am grateful for things that are not just duties but an extension of good will and care! Thanks to them I am fixing my own gazebo roof all alone and successfully!
