The quality was outstanding, far superior to other stores we visited like PAN, Homebox, and Home Centre and the prices were surprisingly affordable. A special thank you to Mr. Olfin, who was incredibly patient and supportive. He assisted us over two days and nearly 6 hours of selection, helping us find the perfect pieces without any pressure. His guidance and professionalism made all the difference. Highly recommended if you're looking for great furniture, excellent service, and real value for money. 💯

Horrible experience and terrible after-sales service. I purchased an outdoor sofa set and protective cover from Danube in October, expecting quality and durability. However, after just 7 months, the cover melted under normal outdoor conditions and discolored the sofa it was supposed to protect. It took them nearly 15 days to respond, and when they did, their tone was unprofessional and dismissive. I was told the damage was my responsibility because the cover isn’t suitable for humid weather—we live in the UAE, where humidity is part of daily life! Why sell outdoor products that can’t withstand the local climate? They offered to repaint the sofa (with no guarantee of a color match) and did nothing about the faulty cover that caused the issue in the first place. To make matters worse, I’m not receiving any response to my emails, and there’s no follow-up on my calls. It feels like once the sale is made, customer concerns are ignored. I do not recommend this brand or their products. They are just focused on selling, but when it comes to poor quality and after-sales support, you’re completely left on your own.
