( The worst experience ever ) , I got accepted for customer service role and they send Me the offer letter, and they said you have to join immediately and I resigned from my work and I paid my visa because I didn’t finish my probation period and after all of that they said there is no budget and they stopped answering 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

This company, guys, is one of the worst call center companies. I got accepted and started training with them for four days, then they stopped the hiring process, saying it would be a cost to the company and that there weren’t many calls. They asked me to renew my visa, and I did, but in the end, they did nothing. I swear to God, this is the truth. Everyone should be careful. They do process the paperwork, yes, based on what people inside the company have told me, but only after a real struggle. And you’ll go through a lot of hassle. So my advice: if you have a freelance visa, go for it—you won’t be stressed. But if they’re the ones handling your visa, you’ll have a tough time.

The worst company..and the most toxic vibes for work.. i have court request to take my end of service since 3 months..till now they refuses to give it to me.. they treat thier employer with no mercy..

Worst outsourcing experience ever. They always say important announcements last minute and they keep important information for themselves. They always say “no one contacted you from OUR HR department?”

I received a call for a CSR role for one of the outsourced projects and went through multiple rounds of interviews. After being informed via email that I was shortlisted, I was asked to attend a two-week training (with no guarantee of a full-time role). Despite this, I accepted and attended the training on the first day. However, on the second day, I got a call from HR saying there were no CSR openings available. This was an extremely disappointing and frustrating experience. The lack of proper management, organization, and empathy shown by this company is unacceptable, especially for a call center environment. I expected more professionalism, but unfortunately, it was a complete letdown. Would not recommend dealing with this company.
