Amazing views of Dubai Marina. Very good building with pool, gym, tennis court and excellent maintenance. Very secure & safe. 1 min walk to Dubai Marina Pharmacy and supermarket in the building.

BAD BAD TOWER . DON'T MOVE HERE EVER. AGAIN DON'T MOVE HERE. I've been living in this tower for 7 months. see the below problems we are facing: - the pool has been closed and under construction since I moved. The building management ( SAGA international) keeps lying and telling us next month that here we are in july. and the pool is not open. and again they are saying next month. - There are 4 elevators in the Tower. Since I moved only 2 are working and the other 2 are under maintenance. if you need to go out or come back. it will take you 10-15 min for the elevator to reach. again when you speak with building management ( SAGA international). they don't have a reply. USELESS COMPANY. - all the AC is not working. you turn on the AC for 10 hours and the room temperature is Still 27. We are dying in the apartment from the heat. AGAIN THE building management ( SAGA international) are useless and don't have answers. - LASTLY. BIG BIG PROBLEM. The piping system of the tower is bad. and since i moved for 7 months. It's raining in my apartment (literally) from the upper flats. bedroom / Living room / bathrooms. anad again 7 months still no action taken or anything fixed. My apartment is filled with bottles all over the apartment because of the leaking. and SAGA international. is a very very bad building management Company. don't live in a tower where they manage.

We moved in few months back. Staff at reception are always helpful. The traffic has reduced to zero after a road is opened which leads to Sheik Zayed Road. There is Choithrams supermarket, currency exchange, florist and tailor on the ground level. The building has seperate gyms for male & female with sauna & steam. A big tennis court & pool is also there.

Great staff at reception. Always willing to help out or assist with any issues and will do promptly. The location is great but there is sometimes traffic. Nowhere is perfect though so for the price, location and amenities it’s a bargain!

They are locking the washroom of Dec tower always nowdays even though we have branch in same building, we cannot even use that neither the choithrams one, pathetic service of building maintenance in marina area.
